人工晶体度数的计算

　　目前，人工晶体屈光度计算一般都用SRKⅡ公式。

　　SRKⅡ公式（回归公式）

　　P=A-2.5AL-0.9K

　　P为植入的人工晶体度数

　　A为常数（厂家根据晶体的类型、材料、操作技术设定）

　　AL为眼轴长（眼科A超测定，一般为23.5mm左右）

　　K为角膜屈率（角膜屈率仪测定，实际为[K ，一般是44左右）。

　　现在，眼科A超已设置该计算公式，只要把数据代入，即可得出结果。若用手工计算，则要用回归的方法，即：

　　A=A 3，当 AL<20

　　A=A 2, 当20≤AL<21

　　A=A 1，当 21≤AL<22

　　A=A, 当 22≤AL<24.5

　　A=A-0.5, 当 AL≥24.5
