小儿倒睫怎么治？

那么怎么治疗倒睫呢?是不是像有的家长想像得那样，把倒着生长的睫毛拔掉或剪掉就能治好呢?问题并不那么简单，倒睫的治疗方法因人而异。婴幼儿的倒睫多发生在下睑内侧，常常是因为先天性内翻所致。由于患儿的睫毛柔软、短细，而且睑内翻会随着年龄增长减轻，甚至不消失，所以一般不要急于手太矫治；对于有几根倒睫的小儿，拔倒睫也不是好的治疗方法，由于患儿不会很好配合，因此很容易伤及眼球；况且拔掉的倒睫还会重新生长，再生的睫毛会更粗硬而更容易损伤角膜。此时可采用电解法或激光照射法，使睫毛的毛囊破坏倒睫拔除后就不会再生长。到了学龄期，如果睑内翻仍不减轻，或者倒睫的数目多，睫毛长得又长、又硬，则应接受手术治疗，把向内卷曲的睑缘通过手术恢复到正常位置，倒睫的问题就解决了。
