鼻出血有哪些止血措施？

　　止血的方法很多。应视病情轻重不等，病情各异而区别对待。常见的方法有：(1)指压法：轻度鼻出血。或作为临时急救措施，方法简单，可自行操作。用手指紧捏鼻翼上方(鼻骨之下)，此处正好压迫鼻中隔易出血区，经紧捏10分钟左右常可收效。(2)烧灼法：有化学烧灼法和电烧灼法两种。反复小量鼻出血，而能找到出血点者适用。在鼻粘膜局部表面麻醉后，用金属卷棉子蘸少许铬酸，在酒精灯上烧成球状；也可用棉签蘸50%硝酸银或25-100%三氯醋酸直接烧灼出血点。亦可电烧灼或CO2激光烧灼止血。(3)鼻腔填塞法：用凡士林纱条自前孔堵塞整个鼻腔，压迫止血，必要时可作后鼻孔填塞止血。类似此法者尚有止血套、氧囊、水囊压迫止血等。(4)手术治疗：根据手术适应症，可施行鼻中隔手术或血管结扎术等。
