皮脂分泌增多中年人也发“青春痘”

年已不惑的吴女士竟然发起了“青春痘”。日前，她到家附近的医院皮肤科就诊，该科薛广珠副教授认为，她的“痘”主要是皮脂分泌增多，排出皮脂的导管在皮肤开口处变得狭窄致使皮脂排出受堵而造成的。
据薛教授介绍，临床中不少中年女性都有这方面的问题，一般与女性内分泌失调、免疫力低下等都有关系。治疗时除了通过一种CCD红光治疗仪进行治疗外，还可通过服用中成药、增强免疫能力等治疗。薛教授尤其告诫，“青春痘”并非都要上医院治疗，一般连续发作两三个月，额头、两颊、前胸、后背等都有发作时，一定要找皮肤科医生进行治疗。如果不是反复发作的偶然现象，则没必要进行治疗。
