生殖器疱疹的传播途径

人群中HSV感染较为普遍，人是疱疹病毒的自然宿主。主要传染源是生殖器疱疹患者和无症状的病毒携带者。追查男性的传染源，近半数归咎于嫖妓，其他几乎来自各种类型的不洁性行为的性滥者。生殖器疱疹患者是在与性伴的性接触中感染上本病的，而这些性伴通常不知道自己已患上了生殖器疱疹。这就是生殖器疱疹广泛蔓延的原因之一。
　　
　　HSV-1常由飞沫和唾液传播，而HSV-2几乎都是性接触传播。
