白果仁中毒的临床表现

　　白果俗称银杏，其核仁有滋养物质，味甜香，而含有强烈的毒素，遇热即被破坏。3-7岁小孩，连吃30-40个即会中毒或死亡。

　　不论成人或小孩吃过多时，在1-12小时都可发生中毒，并引起以下症状：

　　1、呼吸困难，紫绀，脉细弱，血压下降等。

　　2、神经系统：反应迟钝、躁狂、恐惧、惊厥，小声、光和响动即能引起抽搐。四肢先强直后疲软，意识障碍，角膜反射消失，瞳孔散大、昏迷。有的患者触觉、痛觉、腱反射均减弱或消失，呈弛缓性瘫痪。

　　3、消化系统：恶心呕吐、口干、食欲不振、腹痛、腹泻等。
