其他生殖器疱疹的诊疗方案

1、重症患者需住院治疗，可静脉滴注无环鸟苷5～7.5mg/kg体重，8小时1次，～连续天或至临床症状消失。

2、合并HIV感染患者合并HIV感染的生殖器疱疹应用抗病毒药物，在一定剂量范围内剂量越大、疗效越好。

推荐：

(1)无环鸟苷400mg每日3～5次口服至皮损愈合。

(2)阿昔洛韦500mg每日2次口服至临床症状消失。重症患者静脉注射无环鸟5mg/kg/8h。

3、疱疹性直肠炎无环鸟苷400mg每日5次至临床痊愈免疫受抑制或重症患者可静注无环鸟苷5mg/kg/8h，至临床症状消失。

(1)无环鸟苷400mg每日3次共7～10天。

(2)无环鸟苷200mg每日5次共7～10天。

(3)阿昔洛韦250mg每日3次共7～10天。
